Encompass and Systems Coordinator

Bank of Little Rock Mortgage is looking for an Encompass and System Coordinator to add to our team. We are expanding and are now in seven states and growing. This means we need great people to help facilitate this growth. Duties would include:

  • Trouble shooting the Encompass Loan Operating System for our staff and customers
  • Running system updates to the LOS
  • Creating and distributing new login information
  • Preparing training materials for use in house
  • Creating “business rules” in the Encompass system to help improve efficiency
  • Various other duties as they arise

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a creative, innovative and resourceful approach to problem solving. Experience with Encompass or a similar Loan Operating System is a must.  You will need strong computer skills. Work experience in the mortgage industry is a requirement. Regulatory compliance experience is a plus. IT experience would be helpful.
