The free appraisal applies only to loans that close and is not to exceed $600. This offer is NOT valid if the borrower or co-borrower has already applied for a loan with Bank of Little Rock Mortgage or Rock Mortgage. This offer is only valid for 90 days between Friday, March 17, 2017 and Thursday, June 15, 2017.
