To receive $500 off closing costs, the loan must close. The borrower will be entitled to a $500 lender credit to apply towards closing costs or prepaid items. No part of the funds can be applied to principal reduction or purchase price. This offer is NOT valid if the borrower or co-borrower has already applied for a loan with Bank of Little Rock Mortgage or Rock Mortgage. This offer is only valid for 90 days between Friday, March 17, 2017 and Thursday, June 15, 2017.
