Our company tagline is Real People, Real Results. We’re proud to say that those results extend far beyond our office and well into the cities and towns we serve. Every member of the Bank of Little Rock Mortgage team is active in the communities in which they live and work. But it’s not because they have to. It’s a choice that reflects their passion about the people around them that matter.

Which means that if you think our loan officers are busy during the day, you should see them on nights and weekends. On any given Saturday, you’ll find our team members coaching kids, volunteering for fundraisers and spending time at local schools. On top of this dedication of time, they also are known to apply their financial knowledge to serving various boards throughout the community. It’s a reflection of the people who work here, our values and our desire to make this the best place it can be, for all of us.

In an effort to give back to the communities that support us, we wanted to reward students who give back to their communities, as well. So we created the Real Proud program. Every football and basketball season, we recognize dozens of students from our branch regions who are active in their communities, dedicated to their school organizations and hardworking in their classes. Each school nominates students to be honored with a write-up in the local paper and a gift from us. We also make a donation to the school per student awarded.

The Real Proud program kicked off in Cabot, Arkansas, in 2007 and has been going strong ever since. Over the years, it has continued expanding into other communities both inside and outside of Arkansas, culminating in close to $20,000 given to local schools.
