If we don’t make your closing date,  your customer will receive a $500 credit at the time of closing.

*Must be a 30 day or longer contract. Loans involving ADFA, USDA, or Jumbo loans are not eligible. Title, appraisal or repair issues that arise may void the guarantee. Delays due to buyer/seller negotiations after the contract may void the guarantee. Other restrictions may apply, see your loan officer for details.
